Rangoli Competition on World Health Day 2026
On the occasion of World Health Day, the Department of Community Medicine organized a Rangoli Competition to promote health awareness through creative expression. The theme for World Health Day 2026, “Together for Health: Stand with Science,” emphasized the importance of scientific knowledge and collective efforts in improving global health.
Students actively participated and created beautiful rangoli designs based on themes like hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and the role of science in disease prevention. The artwork reflected both creativity and awareness of current public health concepts aligned with the global theme.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Rajal Kubavat, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, who ensured smooth organization and active student involvement.
Overall, the competition was a great success, effectively combining art with science-based health awareness and encouraging students to contribute to public health promotion.
