Cancellation & Refund Policy

Noble University adheres to the University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines of 2018 regarding the cancellation of admission and the refund of fees. The policy is as follows:

Cancellation of Admission:

  • Students seeking to cancel their admission must submit a written request to the university.
  • The date of request submission will determine the applicable refund percentage.

Refund Policy as per UGC Guidelines 2018:

  • 100% Refund: If the admission is canceled 15 days or more before the last date of admission.
  • 90% Refund: If canceled within 15 days before the last date of admission.
  • 80% Refund: If canceled within 15 days after the last date of admission.
  • 50% Refund: If canceled between 16 to 30 days after the last date of admission.
  • No Refund: If canceled after 30 days from the last date of admission.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the approval of the cancellation request.

Mode of Refund:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as per the university’s finance policies.
